Stratiphy Cashback Offer – Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Overview

The Stratiphy Cashback Offer (“Offer”) provides cashback of 0.5% on eligible deposits or transfers between £500 and £4,999, and cashback of 1% on eligible deposits or transfers above £5,000 up to £20,000, into any Stratiphy account, up to a maximum of £200 per customer. This Offer is provided by Stratiphy Limited, an FCA-authorised firm (FRN 976267), registered in England and Wales (Company No.12510853).

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Offer, you must:

  • Be a UK resident aged 18 or over with a valid UK bank account.
  • Open a new Stratiphy account, or have an existing one.
  • Deposit or transfer at least £500 (“Qualifying Amount”) into your Stratiphy account.
  • Eligible Accounts are General Investment Accounts (“GIA”), Individual Savings Accounts (“ISA”) and Innovative Finance ISAs (“IFISA”).
  • Deposit or transfer the Qualifying Amount during the “Promotional Period”, which runs for 6 weeks from 25th June 2026 to midnight on 30th July 2026.
  • Keep the Qualifying Amount in your account for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period (“Holding Period”).
  • Deposit funds directly within the app, or request an ISA transfer by completing the ISA transfer form
  • Be one of the first 100 people to qualify for this Offer.

Only one cashback payment will be made per eligible user. Stratiphy reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time with 7 days' notice.

3. Qualifying Amount

  • The Qualifying Amount is the total net contribution to your Stratiphy Account during the Promotional Period (deposits or transfers minus any withdrawals).
  • For example, depositing £1,000 qualifies for £5 cashback; £20,000 qualifies for £200 (the maximum).
  • Market performance affecting your Account value does not impact eligibility, as long as the net contribution meets or exceeds £500.

4. Cashback Payment

  • The “Cashback Rate” is set at 0.5% for Qualifying Amounts between £500 and £4,999 and 1% for Qualifying Amounts of £5,000 and up to £20,000.
  • The Cashback is calculated by multiplying the Qualifying Amount and the Cashback Rate.
  • Cashback will be credited to your Stratiphy GIA account within 30 days after the Holding Period ends.
  • Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and paid in pounds sterling only.
  • If you withdraw funds before the Holding Period ends, you will reduce or forfeit your cashback eligibility. We reserve the right to deduct the cashback from your Stratiphy account if monies are owed to Stratiphy.

5. Important Information

  • Investment Risk: Investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invest. Cashback does not offset potential losses.
  • FSCS Protection: Eligible deposits are protected up to £120,000 under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), but investment losses due to market performance are not covered. Crypto investments are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
  • Tax: The Offer is not a tax avoidance scheme. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and may change. Seek professional advice if unsure.

6. Changes or Cancellation

Stratiphy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Offer at any time for practical, operational, or regulatory reasons with 7 days' notice. Any changes will be communicated via the app or Community Forum or email. If the Offer is cancelled, eligible customers who met the criteria before cancellation will still receive cashback.

7. Compliance

  • The Offer complies with FCA regulations.
  • Stratiphy, at its sole discretion, may exclude customers if we suspect fraud, non-compliance with these T&Cs, or regulatory issues.
  • We reserve the right to withhold cashback where we reasonably suspect abuse, gaming or breach of these terms, including artificial deposits and withdrawals.
  • If unclaimed after six years, cashback may be donated to charity per FCA rules.
  • By registering for the Offer, you consent to Stratiphy processing your personal data for the purpose of administering this promotion, in line with our Privacy Policy.
